House and Pet Sitting

A little bit about me: I am a responsible 31-year old (non-smoking/drinking) female with decades of experience with cats, dogs, horses, and years of experience with fowl, alpacas, and aquariums. I have been house sitting for over 10 years. I am dedicated to meeting yours and your animals needs while you enjoy your time away. This includes overnight stays with your furry friends or daily check-ins on your home. My daily base rate for house sitting is $35/day, pet sitting is $50/day, farm sitting is $80/day - please note, my rates for pet and farm sitting vary depending on the number of animals, level of care required, location of residence, and duration of stay. I work in-person two days a week from 9-5 and another two 12-4. I am also a full-time master’s student in a distance program, so my schedule is generally quite flexible. I primarily offer house sitting to clients in the Cowichan Valley, but will consider clients outside of this region as well. I will respond within 48 hours. If it is a good fit, we will arrange a "meet and greet" and go from there. My current availability includes: December 1st - 21st. I can do day sitting from the December 22nd to January 1st, but I may be able to accommodate overnight stays within south Cowichan Valley.
