In search of a 2 bedroom unfurnished suite, ideally close to VIU and Walmart. I am a person with disabilities on a fixed income for the time being. Our cats are indoor/outdoor. 15 year old female, spayed and committed to deterring rodents still. 5 year old male, neutered and doesn't spray. Both cats are litter trained. My child is 12 years old, and I am 38 years old, ready for a quiet home where we can both further our education and continue to grow after the loss of her father. We are both born and raised in the Cowichan Valley, and hope to find housing that keeps us close to family and friends here.
