ISO a quiet place

Since there is not a lot of rentals posting of late, I thought I would post my own to see if there is more opportunity out there. Being an early bird, it is not ideal to live in an apartment/condo building, especially when there is a lack of soundproofing. I am looking for a detached or side by side long term rental in the Cowichan Valley from the Malahat to Ladysmith. Preferably with no neighbour above or below. I am a responsible, clean, non smoker and quiet individual seeking a small detached long term rental with full fridge, stove and washer/dryer or hook ups as well as off street parking. I would like a peaceful and quiet place with some outdoor space which is easy to maintain for March at the earliest or later but I can be flexible for the right place. I would like the rental to be carpet free and unless Hydro is included in the rent, I prefer a separate meter and for sure my own internet/cable, (no sharing/no splitting/no additional utilities fee please).
