Jack/Jill of All Trades— part time

We are looking for a home and garden maintenance person. Duties will include, but not limited to, painting, pressure washing, installing, gardening, moving stuff, planting, washing, digging, filling, spreading soil and sand, changing lightbulbs,......... This is part time, approximately two days per week. We are looking for someone who can come in and do what needs to be done without any supervision whatsoever. There are basic every week chores such as car washing and lawn mowing & trimming, and then a list of other items of maintenance. Experience and work ethic will determine wage going forward.
