Please bring Buddy home..Reward$$

Buddy took off startled from fireworks in the neighborhood. He was found and the guy apparently dropped Buddy off at the end of the driveway. Many things don't line up with this situation. His Senior owner hasn't been the same since buddy's disappearance and my heart breaks for him. Buddy felt the same. I belive someone has this friendly dog. My dogs miss him and all the other dogs living in close proximity to him. I am offering a no questions asked reward for Buddy to be dropped back off home on cowichan bay rd or any leads to his whereabouts. Thank you in advance
