Hello potential landlord! I am a mature, respectful and responsible healthcare professional with permanent full time work. I live alone and rarely have guests. I do not drink, smoke or have pets, and I value peace and privacy in my living environment above most things, along with an honest, responsible, transparent landlord and thoughtful, respectful neighbours. I pay my rent on time, usually early, and maintain my home and any outdoor space meticulously. I need a structurally safe, secure and well-built/maintained space. I am looking anywhere between Ladysmith/Saltair to Mill Bay, possibly Lake Cowichan if the home is right. My maximum budget depends on what is offered and/or included. I am looking for a fully detached home/cottage, or well-planned side by side duplex, or an end unit town-home only, no uppers or lowers please. I will consider a carriage home if the garage is included. I require my own secure Internet account/provider for my job (i.e. no shared wifi), and strongly prefer my own Hydro and/or Gas meters/accounts. Two bedrooms are a must, the second needn't be huge, but must have a window, and I and would welcome a den/study/corner/even covered outdoor space for my hobbies. Along with the peace and privacy and a well planned/built space, important to me are outdoor space (I enjoy yard work and gardening), off-street parking and a bathtub.
