This trailer has been stripped down to the bare frame and would make an excellent tiny home platform. Unit is 29' overall with a 31" deck over wheel height area of 25' X 8'. It's original GVWR was 8000lbs. however it does have 2 x 5200lb. axles (10,400Lbs.) Currently the trailer weighs in at 1830lbs. with electric brakes and ST225/75R15 tires with 6 bolt wheels. This unit is in excellent condition. The axles still have the original stickers with model and serial #'s on them. The bearings and brakes have been gone through and are in next to new condition. The tires and wheels are also in great shape. I have rewired and put on all the mandatory lights for towing. It has an easily removable 11'4" slide out mechanism that pops out 3 feet with a 12 volt electric motor or you can use a drill to override it, 4 stabilizer jacks (one on each corner), built in RV stairs, propane platform for two tanks, battery platform including a 12 volt battery, 2 5/16" ball, breakaway switch and breakaway chains.
