  • BodyTravel Trailer

This quality-built, all-season trailer is well designed with two slides and a queen size walk-around bed in a separate bedroom with its own door. The bathroom has a foot flush toilet, and shower/tub combo, all of which are very clean. The kitchen has a spacious L-shaped layout with a 76 inch long counter, cupboards above and below, and a deep 14 inch-wide floor to ceiling pantry. The fridge and stove work great and look practically new. The dinette has bench seating with storage under each bench. Both the table and the sofa convert into beds. With the separate bedroom it's a perfect tiny house. Overall the trailer is well maintained and very clean. No smokers. Never any pets. Great heater and A/C system. Super comfy bed with memory foam mattress topper. Tons of storage. Bright and airy. It has been properly winterized each year. There are no leaks anywhere. There are two propane tanks and two batteries, all relatively new, plus a solar panel with inverter. There is a 67 gallon fresh water tank, two grey water tanks and a black water tank. It includes tow-hitch with equalizer, a Leopard trailer cover (2 yrs old), five almost-new tires, new potable water hoses and electrical hookup cable, a portable BBQ that attaches to side and connects to trailer propane tanks, plus a binder full of information going back to its original purchase. I bought it two years ago, June 2023, from the original owners, and used it only a few times over the past two summers. It's a really great trailer, but life has changed, and now it's more than I need. Located in Youbou at Lake Cowichan. Worth the drive to see it.
