We are seeking a likeminded small family to share the wonders of living in the country with shared responsibilities for maintaining the property. The exterior of the house is being newly painted, and half of the downstairs suite is being renovated with all new kitchen, living room, shared flooring, and updated bathroom. Available for $1950/mo plus half of utilities, with a $300 pet deposit, if applicable. Maximum one pet allowed. The backyard is shared but you have a patio right outside your back door to use! Loads of storage space in the back area of the suite and in part of the workshop. Shared driveway with your own lane down the side of the house.
