$1,950 · 1 bedroom Cozy Suite/Cabin

My wife and I have recently purchased a property in Cowichan Bay that is approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of the village and a 12 minute drive to Duncan. We have a beautiful cozy detached 1 bedroom plus den suite\cabin that we are wanting to rent for a minimum of 3 months. It is very open and bright as well as fully furnished. There is a washer and dryer also within the suite. Secure parking is included as well as water and hydro. We are a small family with a 4 year old boy and an ageing labrador. Our family does like to spend time in the yard especially as my wife is a keen gardener. The monthly rental cost will be $1950 which includes all utilities.
