This is NOT an apartment or RV storage; it is the pad ONLY for rent. You bring the RV or tiny home. Chemainus Gardens has 2 year-round, legal, long-term living RV pads (pad only) with hook-ups. One can accommodate up to 33' and has 30-amp service and the other can fit up to 35' and has 50-amp service. Rent includes the pad, water, sewer, electrical, garbage, and some recycling. Our park is on 34 acres with walking paths, ponds, and great people. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome. You have access to the entire park, including the off-leash dog park. Enjoy being part of a real community, whether meeting others at the fire pit or join with others as they gather in The Little Room for various activities. How much or how little time you spend with others is entirely up to you. Must be 21 years of age or older. We don't have openings very often so this won't last long. Our office is located in Duncan.
