FORESTED PAD RENTAL Available February 15th We are seeking an aligned individual or couple to share our land near Skutz falls. What we have to offer: Private, level area tucked into the trees. Can fit up to 30ft tiny home or rv. Maximum 10ft high unit as there are power lines to pass under. Water and 30amp power to site. Rent includes: Hydro, water, access to private composting outhouse, covered outdoor storage - No sewer hookup. Area is surrounded by trees and a seasonal creek Main house is approximately 200ft away with trees and pump house between / shared driveway. Property has wifi but it typically will not work inside of the RV/tiny house. Approximately 12 minute drive to Lake Cowichan and Duncan, 3 minute drive to the Cowichan River. Parking for one vehicle. What we are seeking: Eco friendly/clean & tidy - must use eco friendly cleaning products. There is no sewer hook up so tenant must dispose of waste off site or use composting toilet. NO pets, NO smoking tobacco on the property at all. Month to month agreement with potential for long term. Not bothered by outdoor children playing noises. Note: We have children on the property, so their safety and comfort is most important to us. We hope to share the space with someone who is respectful and conscious of this. There is a super friendly dog on the property, we will do our best to keep him away from the space at all times, but he will be around, so must be dog friendly. We also have a community space on the land (dome) where we host men and womens circles weekly, typically ending by 830pm. There are some evenings where there will be several vehicles in the driveway and possible noise coming from the dome.
