I’m in desperate need for housing by July 15th !! This is not by choice! PLEASE help me find a new home! There was a FATAL motorcycle accident on the Malahat in the evening on June 5th, which closed the road down for a few hours. Very sadly, the motorcyclist that died was my Roommate and the Owner of where I live. I´m flexible and am happy to look between Shawnigan and Crofton, either an affordable one bedroom or roommate situation (male or female) would be great, or…? I have a 10 year old elderly and slow, super happy and fixed female Lab/Coonhound cross that sleeps all day and is very quiet and not a regular barker. She gets along well with other dogs and cats and is likely not long for this world. I also have a 5 year old male fixed cat that can be either indoor or outdoor/indoor. He gets also with other dogs and cats, once he warms up to them. Both are well-behaved, super friendly, lovable and are my dearest mates and fur-babies. It would break my heart to have to part with them. I love to garden and can assist with property maintenance. I work regular hours Monday through Friday and am quiet and keep to myself. I was a Landlord for 17 years, so I know what it’s like to be on the other side and will respect you, your privacy and property. Can you help, or share please so that I’m not homeless in a month! It’s been a lot to take and I just need some peace and quiet.
