If you are looking to share a space, the current tenant is a counsellor who works from the office and out in the community which has opened up availability. The tenant has 1-5 days per week, excluding Tuesdays but including weekends, available on a monthly basis. Pricing starts at $200 for 1 day per month and scales from there. Final price would be negotiated between you and the tenant.
