I am in search of a leader for my businss

My business is located in Duncan and my mission statement is simply To meet and exceed our customers expectations. I am in the rock business and we sell stone of all types. We manufacture stone, we make specailty concrete products of all shape and sizes, we manufacture and install granite contertops and just about anything else that is related to stone. This business is strong and healty and we have many repeat and ongoing clients. What I'm in search of is an individual or group of people that want to help me get to the next level. I currently have to turn down work simply because i only promise people what i can deliver when they need it and i just don't have enough manpower take on everything that comes my way. So if you have an interest in this type of work and are not afraid of an honest days work, you might be just the person or people I'm looking for.
