$650 · Half and whole pigs, cut and wrapped

We have Berkshire-Tamworth pigs going to butcher in December. Half/sides and whole available. You custom order exactly what cuts you would like; you receive the frozen meat cuts along with all of the fat, bones, meat and organs. We need to have confirmation by June 30th (or they will be sold as piglets instead after that). Price is $6.50/lb hang weight (meat, fat, bones, organs). Average hang weight per half is 110-120 lbs. Our farm is located in the Cowichan Valley. We are a small, family-run farm where our pigs are pasture -raised and ethically treated. $125 deposit required for each half when placing order.
