$650 · Pork-half/side

We have a half/side of pork available from our farm, Tamshire Farm, butcher date Nov 28th. We are a small, local, family run farm where our animals are pasture-raised and threated ethically and with care. We are Island Health certified. Price: $6.50/lb hang weight. This half will be approx 100 lbs. Includes meat, bones, fat and organs. That price includes cut, wrap and freezing. Hams/bacon are $3.75/lb extra, slab bacon $3/lb, sausage $3.25/lb. Deposit of $150 is required, rest of the balance is due at pickup (early Dec). Cash or e-transfer accepted. This is a Berkshire/Tamshire breed. Please contact us with any questions.
