13yo Standardbred mare

Rehoming our affectionate and curious 13 year old 14.2h standardbred mare. Mynx is very submissive with other horses (even with a Shetland pony in the past!), and enjoys their company, so she would be the perfect companion gal. She has had lots of groundwork done, green broke with about a dozen rides on her but has not been ridden for a bit. She was my daughter's project horse before she moved out and if someone wanted to put in some consistent work she could certainly be taken to the next step as she loves to please her people. She can have some playful spunk but is never aggressive but really has mellowed out with age, she will follow you around like a puppy dog and loves being snuggled. She is good with kids, chickens, pigs, cats, you name it! Is an easy keeper and great with the farrier (barefoot trimmed). She is located on Salt Spring Island.
