$400 · Art Studio Wanted

Senior lady, oil and mixed media painter seeking a studio space. Nothing fancy, though I do require some natural light, and access to heat and water/sink, if possible. I'm open to part of a garage or workshop space , a no longer used art studio, or possibly a private room in your home. My maximum budget is $400/month. I would use the space during daytime hours, 4-5 hours at a time, and 3-4 days a week. Yellowpoint, Cedar or Ladysmith area preferred. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it!
