Non-Resident Apartment Caretaker, Duncan, BC

We are looking for a caretaker in Duncan to manage both a 34 suite apartment building and a 31 suite apartment building. Duties include but are not limited to managing the buildings, liaising with tenants and trades to maintain the buildings, recruiting new tenants, monthly collection and banking of rent cheques, maintaining up to date tenant lists, cleaning and yard work. Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act preferred but not essential. Compensation commensurate with experience.
