I am looking for a bookkeeper to work Mon to Friday from 9:30-4:00 at Coastal offices at 255 Ingram St. I am Looking for someone who has lots of experience with simply accounting to do the books for Baker Plumbing and Renovations. You will be required to post invoices and apply payments, Post Bills and print payment cheques, Print off source deductions statements, Calculate GST owing, Calculate WSBC owing, Do Payroll and print staff cheques. Check our techs days sheets and highlight completed jobs and track hours for jobs that are not completed, on a spread sheet. Confirm staff Hours on time cards. Post visa statements. Watch emails for in coming jobs and confirm the lead hand has dispatched the job to a tech. Confirm all jobs emailed in are completed and billed out. I will train the new candidate, and be on site daily to assist with any issues. I will be handling all the banking and online payments to revenue Canada, wsbc, staff and vendors.
