22-year-old Italian leather couch and chair. Fairly well-worn, with each having repairable tears (the middle cushion of the couch, the left armrest of the chair). They are solid, but bulky - the couch is 7 feet 6" in length; the chair is about 46". Both are 36" in depth. Pretty easy access for pickup.
