Everything is in good shape. The oak finish looks good as new. Cover is durable and has no visible pulls. It converts into a double bed. And also has a pull out for your feet, see picture. We have a sheet you can have to put on the cover. Comfortable to sit in. My daughter says it is very comfortable to sleep on . Dimensions: 36" high, 60" wide, 38 deep, 56 deep with pull out.
