Sweet, friendly and very beautiful small friends that lay a good amount of yummy eggs. 3 eggs is roughly 2 reg size eggs. Great for children and can live alongside large breeds if integrated properly. They love to free range and eat bugs. They can be trained to be so tame as to take rides on your shoulder or arm. + They make the sweetest chatter you will hear from a chicken. I have many breeds of chickens but the Thousand flower and their X's are my favorite. The roo's are excellent at taking care of small and large breed chickens and warn of crows, ravens and eagles. They are very predator savvy. These chicks are sold unsexed at $ 5 each but I had a large hatch so the price depending on how many you buy will go down. These are gorgeous little birds. These X's make for less feathered feet but they all have some amount of 'flowers' (black with white on top spots) that increase every yr. My 5yr olds have white faces and with the beards and muffs (puffy cheek feathers) they look like little owlish birds. Please email or phone if you have any questions.
