My bright, fully-furnished and outfitted 2-bedroom (+office), 3-bath townhouse near an excellent hiking trail system in lovely Ladysmith is available from January 6th until March 31st, 2025 for one or two mature and quiet renters. Ideal short-term situation for anyone who desires to spend a mild winter on the coast in a charming, historic town with a beautiful beach. Ladysmith is 20 minutes from both Chemainus and Nanaimo, 10 minutes north of Chemainus, and about an hour from Victoria. One can walk anywhere, including to the nearby community centre, where there's a great gym, pool and pickleball courts, or to the thriving downtown ... possibly to sample the iconic cinnamon buns at our local bakery.
