We are an employed couple looking for the perfect spacious place (either a suite, townhome, or house) to call home in the Duncan area We come with all the good stuff: full time employment, great references, and tenant insurance. As tenants we are tidy, respectful and conscientious and are looking for the same in our next landlord. We prefer an experienced landlord with excellent communication. Outside of work we live quiet, normal lives -no drinking or smoking, no drugs or rowdy party business. We enjoy cooking, going for walks and having family or friends over for the occasional board games night. The ideal rental space must have two bedrooms, laundry (non-shared), a bathtub, parking for two (off street), and most importantly must be cool with animals living in the household as we have the following pets: Two cats- both indoor, both fixed! Friendly, well behaved and playful -these cats like to run and play as cats do, so a ground level suite or home is strongly preferred unless the space between floors is properly insulated Two ball pythons and some fish - these are well taken care of and non-disruptive to the household Our preferred budget is $2,000 a month (no utilities) but willing to negotiate up to $2,300 a month (utilities included) Our ideal move-in month is April, and we are looking for a long-term living situation of 1-3 years or more if it is the right fit Our reason for moving: We recently moved into a beautiful upper suite in an older style home (with an unfortunate lack of insulation) and are finding the noise levels from the cats and our day to day living to be incompatable with our landlord's need for quiet living as he lives below us.
