2000 Jayco Designer 5th wheel. 31 feet. 3 slide outs. Things to note: - [ ] She is winterized. Also has insulation in cupboards and closet. - [ ] She got new tires when we bought her, summer 2022. - [ ] A hot-water-on-demand system has been installed. It’s an outdoor propane shower that has been hooked up to the plumbing, set up in a way to be easily removed when moving the unit. - [ ] She has a brand new apartment fridge, so it can’t be run off propane. - [ ] Takes a queen size mattress-you will need to provide the mattress. - [ ] Comes with the 2 tv’s - and toaster oven if you would like. (The propane stove works so we assume the oven works but we’ve never tried) - [ ] A/C and propane heat both work, there’s also an electric fireplace that works as well. - [ ] This unit needs to be under cover. She’s 24 years old and she’s got a small leak somewhere, shouldn’t be any damage though as she’s always been under a roof or a tarp. We also ran a dehumidifier every night. We did not plan to sell this so I’m sorry these pictures are totally unprofessional lol, had to comb through my photos to find some that show the space! The unit is currently tarped up, slides in, on a property we are not living at. So on display we have me sick in bed playing the Witcher, or when we lived at a marina.. I attached a link below of someone showing off the same model on YouTube. Cosmetically they’re a bit different but it’s a nice little tour. This RV has been lived in for the last 5 years. 2 by my husband and I, 3 by the woman we bought it off of, and before that it was owned by the same couple from the start. We are selling because we had a baby and it’s shocking how someone so small takes up so much space… We wanted to keep it but as it turns out we really don’t have the space at our new place, so here we are. We love her and we have taken great care of her. Message with any and all questions you may have 🙂 thanks for looking https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=umHR7eTcjBA
