From tongue to bumper, just shy of 24ft. Unsure of weight - has been moved by a larger truck and 2x by a Toyota Tacoma for short distances. Brakes and lights both worked at time of last move. Tires okay. Has been renovated for full-time live-in. Water damage at the front right corner has been repaired, and reinsulated the front and wall opposite the kitchen. Some water damage remains where the window was removed in the bathroom. No soft spots in the floor. It's been under cover for the last 4 years. Fridge (propane and electrical) and stovetop both work. The pilot light in the oven lights but doesn't seem to spread the flame as I would expect, unsure of what's needed. Been a wonderful little home for me over the last 5 years. Selling as I'm moving off island.
