This unit is a great size ar 19ft. & aprox 3500lbs. Can be towed by many small trucks with a stabilizer. It sleeps 5. Fridge, stove, toilet, heater, and water work great. No hot water. Hot water tank burst years back by not winterizing properly. Causing dry rot. The price is low due to the dry rot in the floor.
